Ok...I can't believe that i'm sharing this with you guys...but here you go lol
1 lb. venison grind
1/3 cup italian bread crumbs (or regular, i don't care lol)
2-3 Tablespoons of chopped jalapenos (more or less for hotter/milder burgers)
1 egg
black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon
A-1 sauce (optional to taste)
BBQ sauce (optional to taste)
Mix all that together and patty them suckers..grill them up and serve on whatever kind of dressed up buns you want. I recommend lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, pepper jack cheese
