I have hear for people that use the zero effect rest and have no problems. What kind of Bemans do you shoot?

I also have a question. I was tuning my bow per instructions and have all the clearances. My nook loop is very close to the FOB. When I shot my first arrow, the FOB came off at release and was never seen again! I made a coup[le adjustments but the same thing happened, but I found this FOB. They come flying off at release. Will this happen if my loop is too close to the FOB? Or is my release no dropping quick enough? Paul ok'd the release, I put on the taller fork like he said. The test FOB slides back and forth within the tolerances stated. Just wondering if the loop is the issue without switching it yet.

You could be having string pinch, check out this post and if you try this and it fixes your problem great.http://archerynation.forumotion.com/t15-string-pinch

If not your FOB's may be hitting your rest from the sound of it you are using the QAD rest. See also this post on the set up of the QAD and see if it is properly set up. http://archerynation.forumotion.com/t3-qad-rest-set-up

Then if not the case pour some powder on the rest and see if the FOB is hitting by seeing if the powder is disturbed.

I don't know what else it could be can you post pics of your setup?

Will
