Howdy All,

My name is Will and I am from Staunton Va. I like to hunt, fish, camp what ever out doors. I have been shooting recurves since the early 1980's and I have been shooting compounds since the mid to late 90's.But dropped out for a while in 2K. I like to shoot rifles and pistols as well. I have lived all over this great country so I have seen lots. From Vermont to upstate NY to CA, AZ, TX Hunted lots of different places would like to hunt in TN and MI.

I have been out of archery for a while and decided to get back into it. I had a 1996 PSE F1 Maxis LE which I traded in for a 2008 Martin Saber. I know some may say Bad trade but I am on disability and don't have the cash to even put down on a bow let alone buy a used one cheap. besides this Bow fits me well for one it is the proper dl and it is much lighter than the PSE. I can shoot this one much easier and more accurately.

I am looking to shoot FOBs and I was thinking of getting a NAP Apache rest, I have seen videos of them shooting FOBs so I know it can, Just trying to save for it. If there is one thing I am really saving for is an HHA OL-5510. It will be long but sweet when I get it.

I like the sight here looks Homey like what you did with the couch in the corner thing(HAHA)

Looks great and hope to pick your brains about all kinds of things thanks for starting it.

Will

Man thank you for the compliments! we had a site that we all used to go to, but it was poorly run and never amounted to anything...we are only 2 weeks old but we have plans! Glad to see you made it over...And personally I don't care whether you are shooting a 1990 browning highlander (my first bow) or a hoyt carbon max...as long as you enjoy the sport, can hit the target, and pursue clean kills.... I call you friend. Welcome to the Team man!

We just got back from Quebec in June from Black Bear Hunting....Hunting around here it pretty good, there are a lot of big bodied deer but most times the racks are smaller then what you would think for the body size. I hunt for meat, not antlers Laughing

Welcome aboard Will!

The Apache rest will work great with FOBs. So far I have not herd of one problem. I like that!

Keep us posted and always here to help if needed.

Thanks for the welcome.

Paul hows it going down Tucson way, well I guess you are closer to Sierra Vista though. Great huntin down there (just gotta watch your borders) haha. I lived in Queen Creek and Black Canyon City for a while, and loved it.

Do you think that the Apache would benefit from the rest rocket?

Thanks again for the welcome.

Will
