| G'day
Where bouts in Australia? Western Australia, Northern Territory, Southern Australia, Queensland,ACT, Victoria???
My daughter has a pen pal in Western Australia near Broome I think. When in the Marine Corps the boat we were on would stop in Sydney, Perth and Brisbane.
The parts I have seen were very nice and was not much different from coastal cities here in the States I want to hit the outback I bet the hunting is awesome out there.
You get some rater large Buffalo there I bet.
Welcome to the Team!!

| My passport is up to date lets go. Just don't forget the jerky.
Oh and I want the aisle seat, man long flight to Australia.
Canada really Canada you could sneak in to the US and no one would ever know just tell em your from east side of NY. lol
No one would ever second guess the accent lol. Just kidding Canada is cool probably less liberal than what you are used to in OZ. I heard from some others if you are a hunter you are treated badly.
You are more than welcome to come to VA if and when you get to Canada. We can go hunting here and give us all a reason to get up there.
Welcome once again Will

| Alaska was another spot i had in mind, or somewhere along Canada's border.
Got plenty of jerky here, mmm, buff jerky.
Yeah the greenies here suck big time, gun laws suck, not that i use them anymore except occasional for some meat. Got a few good t-shirts from one of our bowhunting sites though, proudly wear'em http://www.aussiebowhunter.com/showthread.php?t=24868

| Dunno, just something i've always wanted to do, in hindsight i should've done it a few years ago when Edmonton and Calgary PD's were recruiting international applicants, it's what i used to do here and want to again over there. The game here is good alright, no seasons on 95% of the game either. | |

Very similar to beef, but the fat is weird, has a lower melting temp, so when it hits your mouth it solidifies, and stick's to your tongue, taste wise its good though. I made jerky from it too. There's none where i am now though, they're further south, some a bit west and south also. There's another fella from Alice Springs on the website i linked earlier, Benno, he's the camel king, he's put a few vids on youtube and Bowsite also. Cheers

| I have been to Alice Springs back when I was in the Air Force. The thing I remember about there is that it was hot and had a gadzillion flies! We just flew in and then out, never spent the night. | |

| Not my favourite place either. You either love it or hate it. I did just miss out on a job there though, culling camels from a chopper, would've been a good gig, but oh well. | |
