Well folks it took a few years but I made one and it works! This is just my idea how to make one. Lets see your trackers! FYI....That would make a good You Tube to get some free FOBs Smile

Thanks for the post Paul you are awesome.

I have one question is "wad of crap" a technical or an engineering term?? HAHA j/k Great job always thinking I love it.

Now I wish I had a video camera so I could video some youtube videos.

Oh well I will do my best to post up some pics thanks again Paul.

I just got some wool to try this out.
FYI, the red wall plugs, little plastic bits to put in brick walls so a screw can be used fits in a standard shaft snug and the white ones fit the Axis FMJ's, might need to wrap the white ones few times to make it nice and tight.

cheers

What are you using for the thread ? Would braided fishing line work ?

Pink yarn. I think braided fishing line might work. just as long as it is not too stiff and it fits between the nock and FOB.

I just ordered new FOB's and with the conformation email there was a link to he string tracker video I thought it was a great idea and a solution to a problem that has plagued bowhunters and archers for a long time. I was just wondering what size yarn are you using and about how many yards are you putting in the arrow.

Thanks, Roger
